N°05 from the project “L’Affiche Brutaliste” This artwork presents a fragmented and deconstructed reinterpretation of Palais 5 in Brussels, a prominent exhibition hall within the Brussels Expo complex. Blending photography and painting, the image adopts a glitch-like aesthetic, where architectural elements seem to dissolve and reassemble through a dynamic interplay of lines, textures, and contrasts. The black-and-white graphic treatment heightens the sense of abstraction, evoking a distorted and experimental vision of the building. This reimagining highlights both the monumental character and the modernist roots of Palais 5, while pushing its form into a more conceptual and architectural expression.
